The heads
The machine has six heads.
Vacuum RF (Radio Frequency) head
There are three RF heads of different sizes, from the tummy to the face. These anti-aging heads tighten the skin and stimulate elastin and collagen. What does it feel like? Well, you feel the suction and the warm heat, which can cause a like redness for an hour or two.
Magnetotherapy vibrator head
What this head does is vibrate and heat under the skin. What this does is stimulate the skin, and lift and remove fat. It can also help in abdominal health, stimulate the lymph nodes, and help sore muscles and joint pain. I could feel the vibration on the derma and warmth.
Light bio and heat head
This head tightens the skin, stimulates collagen, and can help reduce and remove toxins. There is a warm feeling when this head is used.
High intensity focused fat cavitation head
This baby is the fat-killer head that also lifts the skin while stimulating elastin. It uses fat cavitation ultrasound, which is sound above 20khz. This is great for killing fat cells, and cellulite and tightening the derma. It feels a little warm, but you do get a little high-pitched sound in your ears, the lymphatic system gets rid of the waste.
The outcome
I will need to get back to you in a week or two. I know it flattened a scar in just one treatment and you could see my skin was tighter.
OK, a week later I can see and feel the outcome. One side effect of this treatment is you spend more time in the little room. This means you know it's working, I would recommend soft toilet paper. Hey, the fat has to go somewhere, better out than in.

Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) has gained popularity in recent years as a potential method for reducing fat and building muscle. While it can be a useful tool, it's essential to understand its limitations and consider it within the context of a comprehensive fitness and nutrition program.
EMS involves the use of electrical impulses to stimulate muscle contractions. This stimulation can be applied externally through electrodes placed on the skin, or internally through implanted devices. The idea is that these contractions mimic the natural muscle contractions that occur during exercise, leading to increased muscle engagement and, theoretically, enhanced muscle development.
Proponents of it argue that it can be an efficient way to build muscle and burn fat, particularly for individuals with limited time for traditional exercise. Some studies suggest that it can contribute to muscle strength and endurance improvements. However, it's crucial to note that the effectiveness of fat loss is not as well-established.
The primary role of it is to supplement, not replace, traditional exercise and a healthy diet. While it can stimulate muscle contractions, it may not provide the cardiovascular benefits associated with aerobic exercise. Fat loss is typically best achieved through a combination of calorie control, a balanced diet, and regular physical activity that includes both cardiovascular exercise and strength training.
Additionally, it is not a magic solution. Building muscle and losing fat requires a multifaceted approach that includes proper nutrition, adequate rest, and consistent physical activity. It's essential to view it as a complementary tool rather than a standalone solution.
Moreover, individual responses to it can vary. Some people may experience positive results, while others may see limited benefits. The effectiveness of it may also depend on factors such as the intensity of the stimulation, the frequency of use, and the individual's overall health and fitness level.
Before incorporating EMS into your fitness routine, it's crucial to consult with a healthcare professional or fitness expert, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions or concerns. Proper application and adherence to safety guidelines are essential to avoid potential risks associated with electrical stimulation.
In conclusion, while EMS can be a valuable addition to a well-rounded fitness program, it should not be considered a stand-alone solution for fat loss and muscle building. A holistic approach that includes a balanced diet, regular exercise, and healthy lifestyle habits remains the most effective strategy for achieving and maintaining optimal fitness and body composition.
